The Honiton Agricultural Show is planning for a great celebration of rural life in the East Devon Countryside on Thursday 3^rdAugust. We have a fabulous array of fantastic entertainment; we are delighted to welcome The Devil’s Horsemen performing breath taking displays with some of the world’s best-known horses from film and television, recent credits include: Les Miserables with Russell Crowe. Squibb Freestyle Motocross Arena Stunt Show returns, Jamie and his team perform daredevil jumps and stunts, this is the ultimate arena show, and we can’t wait for these two headline acts!

We have children’s entertainment in abundance; Come and meet the amazing animated characters Sheridan the Sheepdog and Pumpkin the Pony, enjoy the fabulous Twistopher Punch & Judy Show or how about a wonderful donkey ride? Professor Crump, on his stilts will be bringing lots of mischief and fun, will he be a Clown or a Ringmaster? Have you ever seen Dancing Sheep?!  – Come and watch The Sheep Show; a unique show that has captured the hearts of many, it is both educational and amusing – a must for all ages.

The lower field incorporates all that is countryside with hurdle making, thatching, Cob Block and Hedge laying demonstrations.  Or take a trip down memory lane with over 100 Vintage Tractors and over 50 stunning Classic Cars.   We look forward to hosting The West of England Hound Show including a wonderful Young Handlers class. We will have our wonderful fun dog show with classes for Pedigree or pet pooches.

At the heart of the show are all the wonderful livestock with sheep, cattle and horses in abundance including the majestic heavy horses and Private Driving. A huge variety of differing sheep breeds introducing new classes for Wiltshire Horn & Dutch Spotted Sheep and extensive Dairy & Beef Cattle classes culminating in the wonderful Grand Parade where all the day’s prize winners’ parade with pride. With a vast array of shopping on offer, fabulous food and drink to tickle everyone’s tastebuds including our fantastic new Cookery Theatre with a full schedule of Chef Demonstrations there is something to appeal to every member of the family come and experience East Devon’s Premier Day out!
