The 120th Honiton Agricultural

The show received record livestock entries in 2009 and
the visitors packed the cattle and sheep lines trying to get a glimpse
of the magnificent animals being shown. Following the introduction
of Alpacas last year the organisers reported a fantastic ninety

main ring activities where the day's prize winners will proudly

Victor works with beautiful Border Collies showing their commitment and his pleasure of bringing traditional farming to life. Audience participation is encouraged giving the public a real taste of this fascinating profession. Again Honiton will play host the West of England Hound Show a show within a show which forms a major part of the lower field's countryside activities. The vintage tractors can also be found in this area where over 90 vehicles are on display. A new addition is the Blacksmiths Guild where ornate iron work is produced and competitions run throughout the day. |
